About the position
This role is focused on leading and coordinating a team of health data analysts to design and deploy scalable products for healthcare. The main objective is to improve delivery speed and analytic quality by implementing software development and data science best practices. The role also involves providing thought leadership to influence the product roadmap and introduce scalable healthcare solutions. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for training analysts and introducing software development and testing practices specific to value-based care payment models.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical software development experience using Python, Spark, SQL, Git Integration, and testing frameworks
- Domain experience working with healthcare data and a passion for shaping the healthcare industry
- Experience in building production-hardened data pipelines with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and repeatability using orc
