Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, with proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in Workday or similar HRIS systems for compensation data management and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills required, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and research skills, with the ability to provide innovative compensation solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and partnership abilities, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of global compensation trends, best practices, regulations, and compliance, ensuring competitive and compliant.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the company's annual focal cycle, collaborating with key global stakeholders to ensure its successful implementation and alignment with company goals.
  • Respond to compensation inquiries through in-depth data analysis and market research, providing well-informed and strategic solutions.
  • Maintain and update compensation policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices, and fostering a culture of fairness and transparency.
  • Develop and deliver educational and communication materials related to compensation to support global employee understanding and engagement.
  • Perform data insights and analysis to support compensation related activities, including budgeting, cost modeling, and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of compensation programs and initiatives, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Review and implement salary structures, benchmarking, job mapping, and other related activities to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Continuously seek process improvements and think creatively, using technology to minimize data issues and manual work.
