About The Position

The Stack Pad Tuber is responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and controls. This role involves planning layouts, measuring, cutting, and assembling tubing and piping systems, while ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of related experience
• Ability to read and interpret assemble/hydraulic drawings
• Able to lift 30 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights up to 65 feet
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk throughout the workday
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Able to layout full-scale drawing of a tubing system
• Able to measure, cut, bend, and fit-up tubing
• Able to read and interpret hydraulic schematics

Responsibilities

• Plan layout and installation following instructions or work requirements using drawings, blueprints, sketches, and manual.
• Measure thread, cut, and assemble cable tray and cable tray support systems.
• Install tubing and clamps into cable tray systems.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install tubing and piping.
• Plan and coordinate daily work with limited supervision.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all Client Company and HSE policies and procedures.
• Utilize hand, hydraulic, and power tools.
• Drill and tap holes in structures and attach brackets, guards, etc. per the assembled drawing.
• Operate man lifts, scissor lifts, overhead cranes, band saws, hose cutting/crimping devices, pressure pumps, and hydraulic pumping units when necessary.
• Inspect and maintain tools.
• Follow all 6S guidelines and ensure that they are met.
