As a Senior UX Designer on the employee facing design systems team, you are responsible for leading design initiatives, including Figma component, pattern, and style libraries. You will work with designers and engineers across multiple organizations to create implementation strategies and timelines for the introduction of new components and standards. You will bring a scalable design approach to your work, and consider how to best deliver components, patterns, and templates that scale across products and platforms. Finally, you'll be a focused on the design details, while also understanding the technical requirements to bridge the gap between product and engineering. As a Senior UX designer, you will drive strategy for the team, and partner with customers to impact products. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be an innovative self-starter in driving operational excellence, enabling others, and working closely with engineering. The candidate must have proven the ability to succeed in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
