About the position
Sysdig is seeking a highly experienced individual to join their team as a Technical Content Developer and Subject Matter Expert in the field of cloud security. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical content such as white papers, threat research content, and videos to showcase the capabilities and value of Sysdig's technology to security teams. Additionally, they will provide technical enablement and support to the sales team, deliver presentations and articulate solutions at industry events, and contribute to product launches by developing presales tools. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or systems engineering in the enterprise B2B sector, with a strong focus on cloud security and detection and response. Strong communication skills and a passion for technology are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Technical Content Development: Develop white papers, ecosystem solution briefs, threat research content, and videos to demonstrate the power of the technology and its value to security teams.
- SE Enablement: Provide technical tools and presentations to improve the productivity of SEs in the field and ensure consistency in messaging and technology value.
- Technical Evangelism: Present and articulate solutions and key topics in cybersecurity and cloud at industry events, webinars, partner events, etc.
- Technical Subject Matter Expertise for product launches: Develop presales tools to support new product or solution launches and transfer knowledge to SEs in the field.
- 7+ years experience in technical marketing, technical product management, or systems engineering in enterprise B2B, particularly in cloud security and/or detection and response domain.
- Entrepreneurial thinker with a drive to win in security and the cloud.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and focus on customer outcomes.
