About The Position

As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition, Delivery team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing recruitment support of corporate roles (salaried and contract) by leveraging knowledge of local/regional/cultural nuances and handling unique language and time zone requirements. This role will support our Sales & Marketing functions across the United States & Canada. This is a 12-month contract fully integrated into our Recruitment team. We are open to this position to be based in one of our three corporate offices in North America: Oakbrook, IL, Toronto, ON, or Florenceville, NB.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter in a corporate environment; Prior agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Experience sourcing candidates in difficult markets using various technologies (ie Linkedin, Indeed, local posting sites/affiliations, etc.).
  • Ability to apply recruitment knowledge / experience across recruitment policies, programs, processes and functions.
  • Customer obsessed, ensuring candidate experience and support is a top priority.
  • Effective in navigating competing priorities including volume, location, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain agile, supporting multiple functions and overflow as needed.
  • Experience leveraging recruitment technology to drive process, consistency, and candidate experience required; Experience in SuccessFactors or Phenom a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as an expert in recruitment, build relationships; provide feedback and recommendations to both the candidate and hiring manager with the goal of selecting the most qualified candidate.
  • Developing candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods and becoming an expert in the business areas supported.
  • Conducting interviews to assess candidates; making hiring recommendations; providing support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Managing the job offer process, including negotiation and consultation.
  • Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs for function.
  • Developing cost effective, efficient, proactive and innovative solutions to meet business recruiting needs.
  • Using SuccessFactors (Applicant Tracking System) and Phenom (CRM) to maintain information during the recruitment process; ensuring all information is current and activity is updated on a regular basis.
  • Supporting total team development through mentorship, knowledge share, and best practices focused on curating a collaborative function.
  • Participating in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed.
