About The Position

As a Sr Solution Consultant at UKG, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Development and System/Application Consulting Services to customers. This role focuses on identifying system and process improvements to enhance the service experience for clients and internal teams. You will manage and lead technical initiatives and projects, leveraging your HR/Payroll system application experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UltiPro/UKG Pro or other HCM software experience
• 3+ years of experience with SQL query and Transactional SQL

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions
• Configuration, testing, & data mapping experience

• Utilize system application and consulting experience to guide internal and external customers to the best possible end solution
• Provide analytical and design expertise; system configuration; data mapping; testing and customer support of live payroll processing
• Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items
• Meet project task milestone and due dates
• Achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes
• Work collaboratively with customers and team members to achieve desired project results
