About the position

Develop and implement the strategic business and tactical downstream plans for our Access, Delivery, and Drainage product categories, which represent a high-growth segment within the Interventional Oncology & Embolization franchise. This individual will play a pivotal role in the global launch of the Next Generation Microcatheter, guiding the strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with the broader cross functional team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all commercialization efforts for the global launch of the Next Generation Microcatheter, in 2026.
  • Support the creation and drive the fulfillment of the franchise commercialization plan while partnering with upstream marketing, marketing activation, global and cross-functional team members.
  • Drive and execute required research to ensure successful product commercialization efforts.
  • Use classic marketing capabilities: market understanding, market segmentation, product positioning, message development, channel identification, forecasting, tool and communication creation and execution to further business objectives.
  • Serve as a technical expert and functional advisor to external and internal customers.
  • Develop a strong partnership with U.S. sales management and field.
  • Track performance against objectives and plans, formulating new approaches and strategies as needed.
  • Identify best practices to address key business challenges and opportunities.
  • Help to foster an open, challenging, stimulating and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of Medical Device Marketing/Business experience required.
  • Experience managing products that are procedurally oriented, preferably within Interventional or Vascular disciplines.
  • Experience in leading a product launch and managing the programs needed to make a launch as impactful as possible.
  • Experience building relationships with key customers and cross-functional global partners focused on the sales organization.
  • KOL development.
  • Experience creating and executing impactful marketing plans, developing value propositions, positioning and targeting across segments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to anticipate and act when empowered.
  • Strong problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, inclusive of global.
