About the position
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading demand generation, social promotion, and event planning efforts. They will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving demand, and facilitating engagement within the target audience. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance metrics. The Senior Marketing Manager will also oversee the company's social media strategy and lead the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events. Utilizing data-driven insights, they will measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-backed recommendations for optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, along with experience in growing and engaging social media audiences.
- Strong event planning and project management skills, with experience in both virtual and in-person event execution.
- Experience marketing to developer audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics.
