About The Position
The Sr. HCM Product Manager, Integrations must have overall knowledge of HR domain activities and understand the impacts of design decisions across the workstream. The Sr IT Product Manager - WFM and Payroll is responsible for supporting HR and IT counterparts, so deliverables are produced according to the project plan. From an implementation perspective, these responsibilities include design through unit and integration testing, system deployment, and post-go-live support. This leader must be able to manage project team members, collaborate across multiple disciplines, resolve complex issues, and confirm that the overall solution aligns with the overall business strategy, emphasizing the complexity surrounding Workforce Management (WFM) and Payroll.
