About The Position

The Senior Engineering Program Manager (ePM) for Offline Product Strategy is responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of retail demos globally, from inception to retail launch. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful development, production, and execution of demo products, while managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely operational delivery of retail demos globally from inception to retail launch.
• Partner with Lab126 for inclusion of demo requirements into device development workstreams.
• Work with Factory Operations to plan production of customized demo devices and delivery logistics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on demo software delivery and quality testing.
• Guide global Channel Marketing teams on demo demand.
• Manage global importation and compliance processes.
• Train and audit vendors on demo conversion.
• Provide technical support during execution of demo programs.
