The Sr Director of Customer and Marketing Data, Applied AI, and Analytics at Lowe's is responsible for leading the workflow across product, engineering, analytics, and user experience design teams.   • Owns and leads the customer, loyalty, and marketing data ecosystem, providing actionable analytics to support sales and productivity improvements.
  • Fosters a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging initiatives that address customer needs.
  • Manages annual planning for the product portfolio and represents the team in executive discussions.
  • Sets the direction for user experience (UX) design within the product portfolio.

  • Partners with stakeholders to lead the development of launch and go-to-market plans for products.
  • Identifies and resolves issues that may delay product launches or impede success.
  • Ensures alignment of customer and business goals with identified customer needs; leads customer engagement strategy execution.
  • Engages with thought leaders to drive product leadership within the portfolio.
  • Leads operational product strategy and ensures alignment with other portfolio owners.
  • Facilitates understanding of organizational goals among the team and audits team goals for accountability.
  • Leads a team to achieve the company's mission, managing performance and fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Utilizes data and analytics for competitive analysis and decision-making, assessing product health and P&L impacts.
  • Develops and presents communications to senior leadership, tailoring messages for the audience.
  • Monitors technology trends to anticipate impacts on the product roadmap and drive innovation.
  • Collaborates with the product and technology management community to understand dependencies.
  • 12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, and/or product management.
  • 7 years of direct team leadership experience across software engineering, product management, or data science.
  • Prior experience in marketing, customer, and retail media networks analytics, building and deploying scalable data technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience working with software development teams to launch online products.
  • Experience with large-scale order management and inventory systems.
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems.
  • Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree.
