Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years' experience in a BSA role; 5+ years is preferred.
• 3+ years' experience working with SQL and Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience additionally preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with ability to understand business strategy, provide consultative business analysis, and leverage technical skills to create insightful, effective solutions.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
• Experience working with disparate data sources and turning them into a unified solution.
• Flexibility in use of SDLC frameworks - Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
• Analyze business processes, identify process deficiencies, research solutions and oversee the remediation of these deficiencies.
• Assist with the design and implementation of enhancements of screens and system improvements to ensure capabilities are both effective and efficient.
• Write and validate business requirements and conduct User Acceptance testing with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Build trust in key business partner relationships and vendors.
• Create clarity in projects and work effectively through ambiguity.
• Synthesize/codify requirements from a disparate group of stakeholders.
• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
• Mentor and influence others through example.
• Facilitate meetings through asking probing questions and truly listening and absorbing the requirements and needs of business partners and vendors.
• Align business/technical objectives and facilitate a shared understanding of the problem at hand.
• Evaluate and critically consider multiple options before helping the team settle on a solution.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivate, set goals, prioritize and meet deadlines.
