About The Position

Requirements

  • Current CA Speech-Language Pathology Assistant License
  • CPR Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a clinic setting
  • Familiarity with speech and language therapy treatments and techniques
  • Knowledge of pediatric medical terminology and conditions

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Providing 1:1 medical based Speech Therapy services to children aged 0-18 years.
  • Assisting children with their speech language development.
  • Developing and implementing innovative treatment plans to address varying speech delays and difficulties.
  • Adjusting treatment plans as needed based on progress.
  • Documenting treatments and completing written progress reports.
  • Educating and training parents on speech therapy techniques.
  • Maintaining open communication with supervising SLP.
