As an MGA Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you can expect paid training and CEU opportunities, a personal tablet for electronic charting, mentorship, and a feeding & swallowing program. There is no minimal weekly caseload/visits, and you will have a 1:1 caseload, working close to home with 24/7 on-call assistance and a new grad training program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA).
  • At least 1 pediatric clinical rotation, preferred.
  • Active state licensure.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled speech therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21).
  • Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs.
  • Instruct and counsel patients and families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
