About The Position

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional therapy services to students in schools. This is a full-time, school-based position located in Silver City, NM, with all services provided via teletherapy. Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate student's speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
• Monitor student's progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
