About The Position
The Specimen Processing Supervisor in Cleveland, OH is responsible for supervising functions within the Specimen Processing department, which may include Specimen Processing, Test in Question/Problem Resolution, and Imaging/Microfilming. The supervisor oversees daily operations, compliance training, personnel training, and quality monitoring within the department. They ensure a safe, ergonomically sound, and professional environment while understanding all functions of the department. The position requires working from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
