About The Position
The Student Support Specialist, dual reporting to the Campus Principal and the District RtI Coordinator, will serve to increase the academic achievement and reduce the drop-out rate of 'at risk' students. The Student Support Specialist will provide students with comprehensive, coordinated, integrated, and customized supports that are accessible, timely, and strength-based so they can achieve in school. All employees of Spring ISD are expected to act with integrity, support organizational goals, communicate in a clear and respectful manner, championing the needs of our students and drive continuous improvement.
