About The Position

The Security Operations Scheduler is responsible for coordinating staffing, payroll validation, billing, and financial reporting for the Area Business Unit (ABU) at Blackstone Consulting, Inc. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency by maintaining schedules, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with various internal teams.

Requirements

• Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years in scheduling, payroll processing, and/or billing.
• Proficiency in scheduling and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Valiant, TrackTik, Win Team).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the healthcare security industry.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations related to payroll and billing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance Operations to ensure billing deadlines are met and monitor accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain Master Schedules for sites in the ABU, ensuring alignment with company policies and agreements.
• Audit daily shifts and provide guidance to site operations teams regarding compliance protocols.
• Prepare TrackTik Reports for Site Leadership for financial accountability and analyze payroll and billing costs for savings opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with payroll and tax regulations and keep accurate records of payroll and billing transactions.
• Continuously improve scheduling, payroll, and billing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
