About The Position

The Project Manager at KOI Precast Concrete is responsible for leading and overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will also be involved in the quoting process, material coordination, and maintaining safety standards.

Requirements

• Experience with civil construction plans, with civil engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with underground utility systems.
• Knowledge of construction terminology.
• Ability to learn and use design software for submittals and build sheets, with CAD experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Flexibility with working hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the quoting process, providing input as needed.
• Prepare structure submittals and build sheets based on construction plans.
• Order and coordinate job-specific materials.
• Address customer questions and concerns during submittal review.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch departments to ensure timely delivery and construction of structures.
• Improve understanding of local construction specifications and requirements.
• Promote a positive team attitude and effective communication internally and with customers.
• Adhere to KOI safety requirements and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by management.
