About The Position

The Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector role involves conducting property inspections to determine occupancy status and report on general property conditions. Requirements

• Valid US driver's license.
• Experience with Aspen Grove ABC#.
• Access to a computer with an internet connection.
• Fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• Printer and office supplies (paper, envelopes, ink).
• Set of HUD keys (11 keys).

Nice To Haves

• Experience using industry-standard smartphone apps like InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView inspect.
• Availability during daylight hours.
• Possession of a volt stick.

Responsibilities

• Spend extended periods driving to various locations for inspections.
• Manage time efficiently to complete inspections within a 3-5 day turnaround time.
• Determine occupancy status based on industry standards and report on property conditions.
• Use a mobile app to capture photographs, comments, and documentation forms.
• Maintain consistent communication with the inspection manager via text, email, and phone.
