Requirements

• Possess VALID Security Officer License
• Have a VALID TWIC card
• Have a VALID Driver's License
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Check
• Be fluent in English (read, write and speak)
• Have basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Access control at security checkpoints/gates
• Log incoming/outgoing traffic in accordance with regulations
• Provide security services at critical infrastructure facilities
• Ensure personal safety of staff, visitors, and property
• Respond and investigate situations reported
• Check identification and badges of persons entering the facility
• Provide escort services to passengers/crew for ships and other facilities
• Maintain logs and records of occurrences
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property and inspecting access points
