Requirements

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Desire to learn about products and confidence to sell them

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage point of sale and cash transactions
• Serve food and drinks to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Bus tables and complete opening/closing duties
• Conduct supply inventory and organization
• Prepare coffee to customer specifications
• Maintain cleanliness of the barista area and equipment
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided
• Collaborate with the Store Manager for store success
