About The Position

The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role within the Systems Integration Team, focusing on Digital Integration business growth and delivery across the Energy and Materials industries in North America. This position involves providing expert consulting on operational technology (OT) hardware and software integration for 'Edge to Cloud' solutions, while also contributing to the development of Wood's Digital Integration service portfolio.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting on OT hardware and software integration.
• Strong knowledge of digital solutions for industrial control systems.
• Ability to engage with client stakeholders including Operations and IT.
• Experience in managing technical interfaces with third parties.
• Proven track record in delivering projects on budget and schedule.

• Familiarity with Digital Integration solutions and technologies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and promote, develop, and implement integrated digital solutions for industrial control systems.
• Consult clients on their Digitalization roadmap development and implementation.
• Support the growth, development, and delivery performance across projects in Digital Integration solutions.
• Maximize long-term customer relationships and commercial returns by positioning Wood for contract extensions and renewals.
• Consult on solutions to strategic, contractual, technical, commercial, operational, and personnel-related challenges.
• Stay updated on technical practices, standards, and technology trends in the industrial information industry.
• Support Business Development with presentations, estimates, and proposal responses.
• Build practice knowledge base and resources within the organization.
• Represent Wood in the professional community by attending industry forums and publishing white papers.
• Maintain relationships with strategic/key clients and execution partners.
