Solutions Architect

Forte is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Solutions Architect for their Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will work alongside internal teams and be responsible for owning the technical relationship with strategic customers. They will play a key role in ensuring customer success by assisting with platform integration and providing technical solutions that meet business and product requirements. The Solutions Architect will also collaborate with the product team to prioritize future offerings and provide market feedback. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise in gaming or blockchain technologies, and a passion for driving the technical experience of developers.

• Collaborate with internal teams on all stages of customer adoption
• Educate potential customers on Forte's offerings and integration process
• Design and deliver technical solutions to meet business and product requirements
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers
• Contribute to educational content, samples, and tools for adoption of Forte's offerings
• Document and deliver best practices in security, scalability, and efficiency
• Provide market feedback to product teams for roadmap and strategic planning

• 5+ years engineering experience with web-based technologies
• Deep technical experience in gaming or blockchain technologies
• Client or customer facing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, relaying technical information clearly and concisely
• Passion and empathy to drive and continually improve the technical experience of our developers
• A natural curiosity about technology, and a proven ability to independently learn
• Awareness of the landscape related to blockchain technology, assets, services, and tools
• A passion for gaming and the games industry

• 5+ years engineering experience with web-based technologies
