Software Engineer - New Products

Assembled is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join their New Products Team, which is focused on building an AI-based product to enhance support agents' efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to have a broad impact on the product, requiring not only engineering skills but also user research and product management abilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with customers, pioneer new features, and contribute to shaping the product roadmap. Additionally, they will play a key role in fostering a startup mindset within the team. Proficiency in frontend frameworks and languages is a must.

• Pioneer new features and build exceptional features that customers rave about
• Work directly with users to understand how they're using the new product and use this knowledge to influence the roadmap
• Wear many hats and be ready to embrace diverse challenges, including coding, talking to users, planning, brainstorming, interviewing teammates, and collaborating with various teams
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to shape and execute the product strategy
• Provide insights and expertise to identify opportunities and set the direction that aligns with the team's vision
