Software Engineer, Destinations

We are seeking a backend engineer to join our Platform team and take charge of our destination integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and building the destinations that transfer customer data from warehouses to various SaaS tools. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by solving real user problems through daily code deployment. As a key member of a small team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our destination catalog and driving Hightouch's growth. We are looking for engineers who are proactive, take ownership of their work, and have a thirst for continuous learning.

• Working with a wide variety of APIs
• Developing new destination features and integrations based on customer needs
• Working cross-functionally with other teams in engineering, product, design, customer success, and sales
• Debugging and improving existing destinations through code reviews and customer support tickets
• Helping guide technical direction and priorities for destinations and UX
• Communicating with customers and coworkers to understand requirements and explain solutions
• Writing code that is scalable, maintainable, and meets high quality standards

• Strong technical skills in backend engineering
• Experience working with a wide variety of APIs
• Ability to develop new destination features and integrations based on customer needs

• Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 USD per year
