Social Media Specialist - Argentina Remote

Split Software is seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join their team and promote their brand identity. The specialist will work with the Director of Demand Gen and Growth to establish a social media strategy, create goals and implementation schedules, and drive engagement. They will be responsible for developing content, responding to customer queries, creating successful social media ad campaigns, and working with influencers to grow the company's social following. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated success and knowledge in social media, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and advanced knowledge of social channels and advertising platforms. This remote role is based in Argentina.

• Develop a marketing strategy for social media
• Determine the best channels to invest in
• Work with Digital Marketing to align with campaigns/content
• Develop content to increase community engagement online
• Promote the brand persona through the brand’s online channels
• Utilize the social channels most relevant to the brand on a daily basis
• Respond to customer queries through social networks
• Create successful social media ad campaigns that will generate awareness, engagement, and hopefully leads
• Work with relevant influencers or complementary brands to grow the company’s social following organically
• Work together with the marketing department and graphic designers to create compelling content for publication or campaigns

• Demonstrated success, knowledge, and participation in social media
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Advanced knowledge of social channels relevant to a company's success
