About The Position

Our client is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day execution of organic social media and advocacy efforts across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and scheduling content, managing community engagement, supporting influencer and PR initiatives, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand growth.

Requirements

  • Up to 3 years of experience in social media marketing, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy execution and performance analysis.
  • Experience using Sprinklr and Tribe Dynamics for analytics.
  • Some project management experience, preferably with Wrike, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Content creation experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Oversee all social media platforms using Sprinklr, including post scheduling, publishing, and real-time community engagement.
  • Ensure timely responses to comments, direct messages, brand tags, and advocate content within 24 - 48 hours.
  • Update banner and profile images to align with seasonal campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Grow and maintain the brand advocate database, coordinating product seeding and outreach in alignment with social media strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with brand advocates to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Curate and manage a library of user-generated content, sourcing authentic materials from advocates that align with brand values.
  • Track, analyze, and report on organic social media performance, advocacy programs, influencer partnerships, and social listening metrics.
  • Prepare quarterly reports, summarizing key learnings and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Provide support to the VP of Brand Marketing on PR and influencer campaigns.
