About The Position

The Oaks of Clearwater, a senior living community on waterfront property, is looking for a full-time person to be our SNF Admissions or our SNF Community Liaison. If you are familiar with working as a community liaison with the medical facilities and have skills to assist in the sales process, develop and maintain a referral network for our 60-bed SNF. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 or more years of experience requiring sales/public relations preferably in a long term care, hospital or assisted living setting.
  • Direct sales experience preferred.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office suite, facsimile machine, and computer.
  • Must be aware of and understand the needs of the elderly.
  • Must be familiar with current licensure rules and regulations governing the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a referral network for the skilled nursing facility (SNF).
  • Assist in the sales process for the SNF.
  • Schedule tours and administer follow-up phone calls.
  • Complete pre-admission paperwork and notifications prior to move-in paperwork, on premise or resident's home.
  • Maintain accuracy of Community Liaison Reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
