About The Position

The SMT Operator is responsible for performing surface mount assembly of printed circuit boards in a manufacturing environment. This role requires proficiency in operating various SMT assembly machines, including screen printers, robots, and reflow equipment, while adhering to quality and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Knowledge of quality procedures related to SMT assembly.
• Understanding of safety policies in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience operating SMT machines is preferred.
• Ability to keep accurate department records.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and sketches.
• Knowledge of material tolerances and specifications.
