About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Eco-Staff, LLC. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a solid understanding of human resources processes. The Recruiter will utilize various platforms and tools, including Workday and Kronos, to streamline the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (experience with Workday or Kronos is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate fit for various roles.
  • Ability to negotiate offers while maintaining positive relationships with candidates.
  • Familiarity with training development processes is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize cold calling techniques to reach potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms to attract qualified applicants.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
  • Negotiate job offers and communicate employment terms to selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (Workday) throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in training development initiatives to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
