About The Position

The Site Supervisor at Mary T Inc. is responsible for managing the overall operations of 12 group home locations in Maryland. This role includes overseeing daily staffing, performance management, client programming, training, budgeting, and scheduling, while also providing direct care as needed. The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with licensing standards and facilitating community integration for individuals served.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years' experience serving people with developmental disabilities/1-year supervisory experience preferred
  • Possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Willingness to work hard and a desire to help others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide support, supervision, and oversight to direct support staff
  • Ensure proper training and onboarding of program staff
  • Attend and assist in monthly staff meetings
  • Write and complete evaluations for direct support staff
  • Provide direct care as required per program needs
  • Oversee execution of person-centered plans and outcomes
  • Review and complete person served paperwork in compliance with licensing standards
  • Coordinate and attend medical and dental appointments for persons served
  • Develop and connect with community resources for successful community integration
  • Manage programs' petty cash and financial reports
  • Ensure adequate provisions for household supplies and groceries
  • Prepare and complete regular compliance reports for the program
  • Complete bi-weekly scheduling and fill open positions as needed
  • Direct oversight of the physical condition of the program
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on program needs
