About The Position

The Shipping Load Coordinator for the 2nd shift at JBS in Souderton, Pennsylvania, is responsible for key shipping and receiving activities within the shipping department. This role involves ensuring that proper documentation is completed, working closely with supervisors and warehouse management to ensure timely picking and loading of materials, and tracking order changes in the order management system. The coordinator will also generate order pick sheets, maintain accurate inventory of drop trailers, and keep track of shortages both manually and electronically. Effective communication with shipping staff, load planners, carriers, and production is essential, along with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and percentage calculations.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment/warehouse setting.
• Able to work full-time M-S, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for key shipping and receiving activities.
• Ensure that proper documentation is completed and print and assemble all documents.
• Work with Supervisor and warehouse management to ensure the material is being picked and loaded on and out-by-time basis.
• Track and update order changes in order management and Redpraire.
• Generate order pick sheets from order management/Redprairie.
• Keep an accurate inventory of drop trailers and notify the Transportation Planner when in need of trailers.
• Keep track of all shortages manually and electronically.
• Assign work to Pickers via RF scanners.
• Communicate with all shipping staff, load planners, carriers, and production on a day to day basis.
• Other duties assigned.
