Requirements

• 3 - 5+ years of experience as a UV sheetfed first press operator preferred.
• Ability to lead and foster growth and development on the team.
• Knowledgeable of press set-up and maintenance procedures.
• Effective communication skills with all levels within the organization.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and safety-oriented.
• Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of a printing press in coordination with the First Press Operator.
• Ensure each job is run according to customer specifications and meets internal and external deadlines.
• Maintain quality control and reduce waste or press downtime.
• Support crew members on the press as needed.
