About The Position

The Service Channel Manager drives all service sales related aspects in the assigned territory that are assigned to resellers and subcontractors, ensuring a profitable Services Revenue while maximizing the initial service attach rate, quota achievement and service delivery quality. This position will be responsible for leading the selection of partners by territory and by customer, assuring that the selected partner has the capability to perform the services required and achieves direct and indirect attach-rate targets. The role requires close collaboration with Solution and Key Account Sales Teams, Service Leadership, and local management to be aligned in front of customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Business Management degree or equivalent experience
  • More than 5 years of experience in B-B Sales roles, Service Business Development, or Service Partner Management
  • Knowledge of value selling techniques
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities
  • Sales driven, results/action-oriented and self-motivating
  • Strong coordination, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Professional in regional main language and English

  • Basic understanding of end to end service delivery workflows

Responsibilities

  • Evaluation and selection of Service Partners
  • Performance of channel partners through driving the reseller engagement with focus on service sales & service delivery quality, according to the global service channel program guidelines
  • Reseller revenue target setting, documented in Annual Partner Business Plan
  • Ensure execution of Services Sales and Delivery initiatives (as defined in Annual Partner Business Plan)
  • Management of service partners (subcontractor) performance
  • Compliance with training and call handling requirements
  • Performance to contracted SLA's
  • Escalation of performance or equipment issues
  • Inventory control procedures
  • Understand customer requirement & business needs, to become the trusted advisor for service topics, both internally and externally
