About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the dining areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations; ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
• Experience using POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a nightclub or similar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining areas, including sanitizing tables, utensils, and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
• Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer at the end of shifts.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of menu offerings and improve sales techniques.
