About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food preparation.
• Assist with basic math calculations for order totals and processing payments accurately.
