About The Position

Rudinos Heritage is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Servers to join their team. The role is essential in providing guests with an exceptional dining experience, requiring a passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and warmly
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering system
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Check in with guests to ensure everything is going smoothly
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Handle complaints or concerns with a positive attitude and seek assistance from management when necessary
• Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
• Assist in setting up and breaking down for events or shifts
