About The Position
SERV, a well-established leader in behavioral healthcare in New Jersey, supports people with mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities as they achieve greater independence and life satisfaction through a wide range of services. The SVP of IT & Business Transformation Services is responsible for supporting change initiatives at SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc. across cross-functional teams in multiple capacities. This role contributes to the implementation and ongoing support of the organization's technology infrastructure, mission driven clinical work, policies and procedures. The SVP works alongside all leadership, teams, business services and practice group departments, to provide ongoing service and support to SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc. The SVP of IT & Business Transformation Services reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
