Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA, CTP, or CFA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in banking or corporate treasury, ideally in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial markets, cash management, risk management, and pension asset strategies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a deep understanding of treasury systems and digital tools.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams across multiple locations and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Bloomberg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Join our high-performing North America treasury team as a Senior Treasury Manager, where you will directly influence the company's financial strategy and operations.
  • Lead and implement treasury projects focused on managing financial risk, improving cash flow efficiency, and optimizing working capital.
  • Raise and manage capital via $2 billion commercial paper financing.
  • Provide oversights on ~$500M pension assets, with a focus on asset allocation, diversification, and risk management to maximize risk-adjusted returns.
  • Drive treasury initiatives during M&A integration focusing on financing strategies and banking operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, tax, and legal, to ensure effective treasury operations.
  • Ensure all treasury activities comply with policies and regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management, supporting decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities and the ability to guide and mentor teams across various locations.
