About The Position

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the global supply chain team at Regal Rexnord. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this position is responsible for preparing and communicating monthly reports, managing the SCM SharePoint site, and supporting various supply chain projects. The analyst will act as a key contact and subject matter expert for infrastructure tools, ensuring effective collaboration with procurement teams, program management, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations, Finance, Engineering or relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years of Supply Chain related experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Experience in project management including planning, supervising, monitoring, and accomplishing project goals.
• Working knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, and Power BI with a desire to become a subject matter expert.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience fostering key stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate monthly POR, PUR, PD reports and scorecard development.
• Manage and update the IPS Global SCM SharePoint site.
• Support SCM projects by assisting Program Managers in data gathering.
• Act as a liaison with the Engineering team on VAVE, PLS, NPD, and SCOFR activities to consolidate report out progress.
