Senior Software Engineer - Frontend

We are currently hiring engineers in New York City to join our growing engineering team. As an engineer, you will have the opportunity to build and deliver world-class technology, with a focus on making data easily accessible. Your responsibilities will include developing elegant and responsive user interfaces using the latest front-end technologies, collaborating with product and design teams to enhance the user experience, and implementing new technologies and features to support our fast-growing user base. We are looking for candidates with strong computer science fundamentals, industry experience in software development, and a passion for creating great UI architecture and engineering.

• Develop elegant and responsive user interfaces using front-end technologies
• Own substantial pieces of the product, from design to implementation
• Collaborate with product, UX design, and backend development teams to develop new features and technologies for the UI
• Leverage technical expertise in front-end application development to create visualizations for structured and unstructured data
• Design and implement new technologies and features to support a growing user base
• Demonstrate strong computer science fundamentals
• Have 5+ years of industry experience building and maintaining high-quality software
• Possess full-stack application development experience
• Be proficient in technologies like React, Javascript, and Typescript
• Lead complex projects and deliver world-class software to production
• Have an eye for great design and a passion for building products with a great user experience
• Make trade-offs between functionality and delivery speed to deliver value to customers
• Desire to be a great teammate and have fun at work
• Demonstrate a sense of craftsmanship and academic curiosity
• Have experience building systems for data analytics
• Have experience building and delivering a cloud service

• Salary range for the position is $150k - $220k annually, with compensation varying based on qualifications and experience
