Senior SMB RevOps Analyst

We are seeking a Senior RevOps Analyst, SMB to join our Revenue Operations team at Checkr. In this role, you will collaborate with Revenue and Product leadership to influence channel strategy and identify areas of growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, be able to distill insights from large data sets, and drive action based on data. You will play a key role in optimizing SMB/self-serve performance, building impact estimation and modeling tools, and partnering with the Growth teams to manage experimentation projects. • Provide insights to optimize SMB/self-serve performance
• Build impact estimation and modeling tools for Growth teams
• Partner with Growth teams to manage self-serve experimentation projects
• Define standard reporting, monitor performance, and forecast results
• Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to implement necessary changes
• Help drive self-serve upsell campaign strategy and tracking

• 3-5 years of experience in Go-To-Market operations (sales/rev/biz ops) or analytics. Experience working with SMBs preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfort analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• A demonstrated ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of intellectual curiosity.
• Proficiency in our tool stack - Looker, Snowflake, Salesforce.
• Intermediate SQL experience required.
• Bonus points: experience covering online sales.
