Senior Salesforce Developer

Litify is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their Product & Engineering team. This remote position requires a candidate with a passion for software development and at least 5 years of hands-on development experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing high-quality code, designing scalable solutions, and providing technical leadership within the department. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as is expertise in Salesforce and related languages. Nice-to-have qualifications include senior engineering experience or equivalent software development leadership experience.

• Function in 2-week sprint cycles while demonstrating the ability to problem-solve and research solutions independently
• Write high-quality code with test coverage that accounts for both positive and negative test cases
• Be a technical leader in the department, helping steer development processes and procedures
• Design and create scalable, well-architected solutions that conform to best practices, meet specified requirements and achieve business objectives
• Advise Product leadership on the complexity, risk, and level of effort required to deliver product features
• Lead technical meetings and collaborate with teammates to encourage the contribution of ideas, drive understanding of solution architecture, ensure quality, and encourage improvements in process and overall product

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, and working knowledge of its proprietary languages, including Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components, or comparable demonstrated experience with OOP and client-side development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and development with JavaScript frameworks and libraries)
• 2+ years of senior engineering experience or equivalent experience leading software dev (Nice-to-have)
