As a Senior Retail Operations Analyst at VF, you will support the Director of VF Retail Operations in analyzing and driving retail store performance. This role involves working cross-functionally with partners from the Finance teams to analyze and execute plans for store labor and sales targets, and with DTC partners to measure the impact of various actions on store performance. You will also collaborate with retail leaders in executing department strategy, conducting deep-dive analysis, interpreting and communicating results reporting, and creating presentations to share learnings. This hybrid position requires the ideal candidate to reside within Colorado or Southern California to better support the Retail Facilities Team, with the candidate being based out of VF Headquarters in Denver, CO or Vans Headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA.
