Senior Product Manager, Developer Experience

As a Senior Product Manager at RevenueCat, you will be responsible for representing the product perspective across two cross-functional product teams. Your focus will be on the technical aspects of the product, including mobile SDKs, server-side APIs, data models, and integrations. Your main goal will be to create a seamless developer experience and ensure the success of our customers, partners, and engineering team. With your deep understanding of mobile app development and the industry, you will contribute to the product roadmap, prioritize features, and drive the delivery of value to our customers.

• Represent the product perspective across two cross-functional product teams
• Help create a best-in-class developer experience for customers, partners, and the engineering team
• Contribute to shipping meaningful features to developers
• Form strong working relationships with engineering manager counterparts
• Take ownership of the roadmap and prioritization for the teams
• Define quarterly objectives for the teams with EM and EPD leadership
• Discover opportunities and solutions to deliver value to customers
• Play an integral role in team discovery and delivery processes
• Understand the fundamentals of the tech stack and drive evaluation feasibility/value tradeoffs
• Communicate clearly in different media, particularly in writing
• Employ modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methods
• Balance short term and long term thinking
• Be customer obsessed and solve customers' most pressing problems
• Build strong, empowered, cross-functional product teams in a remote environment
• Learn quickly and figure out solutions to hard problems with constraints
• Take ownership, deliver results, and learn from failure
• Get to know the product, customers, and team in the first month
• Contribute to shipping a meaningful feature to thousands of developers in the first month
• Be ramped up on ongoing projects in the teams in the first month
• Ship the first bigger feature end to end within the first 3 months
• Work with teams to discover opportunities and solutions to deliver value to customers
• Understand the fundamentals of the tech stack and drive evaluation feasibility/value tradeoffs in collaboration with teams
• Have lots of customer conversations

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Excitement about building products to deliver on the mission of helping developers make more money
• Past experience writing code and ability to discuss technical decisions with engineering counterparts
• Experience working on developer-facing aspects of SDK and/or API based products
• Deep understanding of mobile app development and the mobile app industry
• Ability to ship and learn quickly and find solutions to hard problems with constraints
• Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions under uncertainty
• Track record of taking ownership, delivering results, and learning from failure
• Experience in building strong, empowered, cross-functional product teams in a remote environment
• Clear communication skills, particularly in writing
• Proficiency in modern product discovery and delivery methods
• Customer obsession and ability to balance short-term and long-term thinking

• $185,000 USD salary regardless of location
