Senior Product Designer

The Sr. Product Designer will join our User Experience team and be responsible for creating awesome and intuitive customer experiences. They will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to champion user experience pain points and convert them into product features. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in user research, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing. They will also collaborate with UX Writers, Researchers, and Engineers to create high fidelity designs and ensure accurate implementation.

• Lead projects and teams across a product area
• Gather business objectives and project requirements from stakeholders
• Understand our customers and complex products
• Develop low-fidelity wireframes to communicate design options and align on a solution
• Base designs on data gathered from user testing and usage metrics
• Communicate design decisions and respond to feedback from stakeholders
• Collaborate with UX Writers and Researchers to create high fidelity designs informed by customer feedback
• Collaborate with Engineers to create design specifications for implementation and ensure accurate implementation
• Work collaboratively to improve design style

• Proven experience as a Sr. User Experience Designer or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and product design experience
• Ability to conduct user research, create sketches/wireframes, design visual designs, prototypes, and conduct usability testing
• Familiarity with common UI patterns and contribution towards a company-wide UI component library
• Ability to gather business objectives and project requirements from stakeholders
• Understanding of customers and complex products
• Ability to develop low-fidelity wireframes to communicate design options and align on a solution
• Ability to base designs on data gathered from user testing and usage metrics
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and respond to feedback from stakeholders
• Collaboration with UX Writers and Researchers to create high fidelity designs informed by customer feedback
• Collaboration with Engineers to create design specifications for implementation and ensure accurate implementation
