Senior Product Designer

Articulate is seeking a highly skilled senior product designer who is passionate about solving experience and design problems with a focus on the end-user. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user experience, UI design, design systems, and creative problem-solving. As a member of the product design team, the senior product designer will collaborate with other designers, stakeholders, and the engineering team to deliver impactful feature work. Responsibilities include contributing to design systems, prototyping, testing, mentoring, and working on a variety of SaaS products. The role requires a strong balance of UX experience, visual design skills, and the ability to handle multiple features simultaneously.

• Explore and solve design problems for a variety of SaaS products for customers
• Analyze user and stakeholder feedback to identify problems and synthesize new solutions
• Develop a deep understanding of products, competitive landscape, and users for product decision-making and mentorship
• Craft user flows, wireframes, designs, prototypes, and pattern documentation
• Take responsibility for a feature set and execute design solutions with pixel-perfect UI deliverables
• Create detailed design specs and hand them off to the product development team
• Support designs with prototypes and animations to demonstrate interactions
• Drive cross-functional teams and prioritize projects
• Test new features, report bugs, and provide guidance to development and QA teams
• Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to discuss design decisions and transform insights into user-friendly features
• Identify areas for collecting analytics and testing opportunities to improve features
• Assist in finding new design talent and guiding junior-mid level peers.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• 4-7 years of professional experience in fully responsive web environments
• Prior experience in a product design role for a consumer app, SaaS company, agency, or a remarkable product-focused portfolio
• Passion for amazing product design and appreciation for elegant user experiences
• Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with modern UX design concepts and tools
• Native visual language speaker, able to present ideas and concepts effectively
• Well-spoken and humble creator who can present ideas effectively
• Highly motivated individual with high attention to detail and excellent follow-through
• Outstanding team contributor who can provide a thoughtful viewpoint on product design
• Resilient, reliable, and optimistic
• Expert in Figma, well-versed in Principle, Photoshop, Illustrator

• Competitive salary range of $126,100 to $189,100
