Senior Product Designer

This role is an opportunity to lead the design of initiatives that enhance the job search experience for healthcare professionals on the Vivian Health platform. The focus is on providing additional reasons and incentives for healthcare professionals to start their job search on Vivian. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing digital products, a design thinking mindset, and a customer-centric approach. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product solutions that prioritize the needs of healthcare professionals and improve the overall user experience.

• Lead the design of initiatives to provide healthcare professionals with additional reasons and incentives to start their job search on Vivian Health
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to design product solutions that prioritize the healthcare professional
• Assess user needs through qualitative and quantitative research, with the help of the Research team
• Define requirements and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to address identified pain points
• Ensure an incredible user experience for healthcare providers and staffing recruiters
• Imagine and visualize the future of healthcare staffing
• Continuously improve the current offering while also exploring new possibilities for the industry
• Have a strong design thinking mindset and the ability to identify flaws in existing products and experiences
• Empathize with healthcare professionals and understand the role of employers and recruiters in the ecosystem
• Always seek to understand the "why" behind new feature requests and what needs to be achieved.
